Privacy & contact
NCNS Digital uses this website to explain our services and receive business enquiries. You can contact us about your personal information at [email protected]. The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages; project enquiries are delivered through Formspree to our business Gmail inbox. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. This notice describes the current website, not a guarantee of compliance with every jurisdiction.
Who operates this website
NCNS Digital is the working brand of an independent freelance digital-services provider, not a separately incorporated company. An individual operates this website and is responsible for how project enquiries received through it are used. The service is offered to businesses internationally and does not claim a corporate registered office or country of incorporation. For contact or questions about how your information is handled, email [email protected]. Any further identification or address details required by applicable law must be disclosed accordingly.
Local planning versus sending an enquiry
The Experience Lab builds a planning draft locally and does not automatically upload it. The project enquiry form keeps typed text in your browser until you deliberately select Send Project Request. If submission is enabled, the form transfers only the fields you provided to the contact provider to process and forward your enquiry; local copy remains a separate option. Do not include passwords, sensitive customer records or confidential documents.
Contact channels
Our confirmed Instagram profile is @ncns.digital. Opening it takes you to Instagram; messages you choose to send are handled by that platform. The website does not read your Instagram account or send messages on your behalf.
Our contact icons link to [email protected], Instagram, and WhatsApp. The email action opens your mail application; you must choose Send there. Opening Instagram or WhatsApp does not automatically submit your project brief. We cannot verify receipt of messages solely from a link click.
Direct project form and external processor
When you intentionally submit the project enquiry form, your name, reply email, requested service, project description and optional details are transmitted to Formspree, which processes the submission and sends a notification to our Gmail inbox. Formspree and our email provider may store submission content and related technical information under their policies and account settings. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry, and to discuss a possible project. The form requests your permission before submission; using email, Instagram or WhatsApp is an alternative. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, confidential client records or other sensitive material.
Requests and necessary information
We use information you send to understand your request, provide a response, prepare a potential proposal and maintain relevant business correspondence. We keep it for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations, then delete it when it is no longer needed. Records may also remain in Formspree and Gmail until deleted under the relevant account and provider settings. To ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future contact, write to [email protected]. We will assess and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.
Technical data
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request information to serve and protect the site, according to its policies. The website code does not include advertising pixels, analytics SDKs or embedded social widgets at this time. The public contact configuration contains form routing information, not passwords. Your browser may retain text in a local planning draft until the tab is closed.
Updates
We may update this notice when services, providers or legal requirements change. New analytics, accounts or connected AI systems would need separate review and an updated description before being enabled. This describes how the current website handles enquiries. Requirements for disclosing the individual's full legal identity, address, and other jurisdiction-specific information still need to be checked under laws applicable to the operator and intended customers.
